We are looking for
We are looking for a Unity Lead Developer with growth to CTO who will take full technical ownership of live mobile projects, build strong engineering foundations, and gradually become the studio’s technical leader through hands-on work.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Take full technical ownership of 1 main product and curate 2–3 additional projects.
Design and maintain project architecture, make technical decisions.
Actively write code in Unity and work with legacy code.
Ensure performance, stability, and quality of live products.
Own build & release pipelines (iOS, Android, CI/CD).
Integrate and support SDKs (analytics, ads, purchases, remote config, etc.) in live environment.
Conduct code reviews and mentor Unity developers.
Gradually build technical standards, processes, and long-term technical strategy.
Expected Outcomes
Stable, scalable, and well-architected Unity projects.
Unified technical standards across products.
Predictable builds and release cycles.
Reduced technical debt.
You become the technical owner and future CTO of the studio.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Must-have:
5+ years of experience with Unity.
Strong C# skills.
Experience with mobile games (iOS & Android).
Experience with live products.
Architecture design experience.
Performance optimization experience.
Experience with CI/CD and builds.
Experience in code review and mentoring.
Nice-to-have:
Experience as Tech Lead / Acting CTO / Head of Engineering.
Experience scaling teams.
Product thinking and A/B testing experience.
