Project Manager

Our all-in-one tool for game developers helps our partners achieve maximum product and marketing performance through a unique analytics system and parallel testing! Recently, we announced the release of our new SDK for integration with Unity. The latest Magify feature enables game developers to verify in-game purchases directly on the server, ensuring secure and reliable transactions for players.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload management.

• Analyze requirements and plan development phases, creating a detailed project roadmap.

• Coordinate development efforts and ensure quality control at all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate collaboration between departments and prevent resource conflicts.

• Analyze current company processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.

• Implement best project management practices to enhance team and process efficiency.

• Train employees in new methodologies and tools to improve work outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with Scrum principles and practices within the team, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality.

• Plan and conduct all Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure clarity and prioritization of tasks.

• Remove obstacles that hinder the team from achieving sprint goals.

• Ensure effective communication among all participants in the Scrum process, including the development team and external stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor team progress and adjust plans in response to changes.

• Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring regular retrospectives and follow-up actions.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in the IT industry (client-server web projects, BI systems, and mobile applications).

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their implementation principles.

• Experience working in a multitasking environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.).

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

• Experience in process optimization, change management, and improvements.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and prevent resource allocation issues.

• English proficiency at B2+ level (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).

• Coaching and mentoring skills.
