For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll focus on collection, interpretation, visualization, and analysis of data. You’ll use problem-solving skills and data analysis tools, in order to identify and evaluate trends, determine the real value of team initiatives, and clearly communicate results and outcomes. You’ll work with the entire team and provide analytics grounding to business decisions we make every day. Most importantly, you’ll use situational awareness to make sure you understand our games, our funnels, our current KPIs, and our player behaviors to verify that your analyses make sense and help the team learn.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data is accurate; 

  • Work with product, live ops, game design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver actionable insights into our games in order to improve our user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, including creating and updating product KPI reports and business analytics dashboards;

  • Design new analytics events and queries for new game features, game events and player offers, to make sure the team gets the information they need to evaluate and improve the game;

  • Design, implement, organize and analyze advanced statistical testing for specific problem-solving needs (e.g. A/B testing);

  • Perform analysis and valuation (ROI, CBA) for product improvement, data quality and usage metrics, and data integration.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • You have strong quantitative skills, good working knowledge of advanced statistics and predictive modeling;

  • You have the ability to communicate effectively and combine both technical and business perspectives;

  • You have experience working in GameDev;

  • You have strong knowledge of major mobile app and/or web app KPIs and metrics;

  • You have experience working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.;

  • You have experience with metrics of user acquisition tools like Google Ads, FB Ads, etc.;

  • You used to analyze large, multi-dimensional data sets using tools like SQL/TSQL, etc.;

  • You have experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker);

  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
