For which tasks (responsibilities)?

English Proficiency: You must have an excellent command of the English language, be comfortable thinking in English, and able to process large volumes of text in English daily
Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, logistics, or IT support
Empathy: A natural ability to understand and share the feelings of others is essential, if you don’t genuinely enjoy helping people, this isn’t the right role for you
Location Requirement: Please note that we will not consider applications from candidates currently residing in Russia

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Respond to customer inquiries with efficiency and care, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
Manage and resolve customer concerns via email and other digital channels in a timely manner (around 80-100 replies per day after probationary period)
Work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and solutions to our customers
Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey
